Sianda Construction is an owner managed building business operating in Cape Town, SA. The 3 owners, Simon Pooler and Anton de Waal have been involved in building, renovating and property development for a combined 27 years.

Sianda specialises in high-end renovations and alterations for both residential and commercial projects – the company offers a turn-key solution, with 80% of all trades being handled in-house. Specialist sub contractors and preferred partners form part of a team of dedicated professionals who will ensure every alteration is a success.

3 Budget – clients can be assured of projects being delivered within a realistic
budget when dealing with Sianda – all costs are verified and quotes are meticulously scanned to ensure no detail is omitted prior to presentation
